Painting is the most affordable way to completely change the look of a home or apartment block. But the result only lasts when the preparation is done right. That's why we explain exactly what we do at every step.
We are painters with over 20 years of experience. We paint apartments, houses, stairwells, apartment block facades, shops and offices, using acrylic, emulsion, elastomeric and eco-friendly paints from well-known brands, depending on the surface and how the room is used.

Interior painting: the steps
Site visit and colour choice
We inspect the walls for damp, mould or cracks and help you choose shades and finish (matt, satin, washable).
Protecting the space
We move and cover furniture, lay protection on floors and mask frames, sockets and switches with tape.
Scraping and cleaning
We remove flaking paint and blisters and clean off dust and grease. Where there is mould, we apply an anti-fungal solution.
Filling
We fill holes, cracks and imperfections with filler. Hairline cracks get an elastic acrylic filler and, where needed, fibreglass mesh.
Sanding
We sand filled areas smooth so the wall is perfectly flat and no patches show in the light.
Priming
We apply a water-based or micronised primer. It stabilises the surface, reduces absorption and helps the paint cover evenly.
First coat
We apply the first coat by roller, cutting in the corners by brush, and respect the manufacturer's drying time.
Second coat and finishing
The second coat gives even colour and coverage. Then frames, railings or woodwork get the right enamel paints.
Clean-up and handover
We remove tape and protection, clean up and do the final check together with you.
Apartment block facade painting: the steps
Scaffolding and safety
We put up scaffolding or use a lift, with protection for pedestrians and cars.
Pressure washing
We wash dust, dirt and loose material off the facade with a pressure washer.
Render and concrete repairs
We open and fill cracks, repair loose render and, where rebar is exposed, apply anti-corrosion treatment and repair mortar.
Facade primer
A stabilising exterior primer so the new paint bonds to the render.
Two coats of elastomeric or acrylic paint
Exterior paints that resist sun and rain. Elastomeric paints bridge small cracks and protect against damp.
Railings, balconies and details
We paint iron railings with anti-rust primer and enamel, and finish sills, ledges and edges.

How much does it cost to paint an apartment?
The price depends on the wall and ceiling area, the condition of the surfaces (filling, damp) and the type of paint. Send us photos for a quick estimate.
How many days does it take to paint a home?
An 80–100 m² apartment is usually painted in 3–5 working days, including preparation.
How many coats of paint are needed?
After primer we always apply two coats. For big colour changes, such as dark to white, a third coat may be needed.
